About the Opportunity

Pace Farm has an exciting opportunity available for a full time Production Planner to join their family-run business in Minchinbury. 

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will create feasible and accurate production plans, ensuring the utmost efficiency and quality.

This is a great opportunity for a planning professional with experience in food production and the supply chain to bring their wealth of skills to one of Australia's largest egg producers!

Some of your more specific duties will include:

  • Ensuring customer service level and inventory targets are achieved;
  • Driving continuous improvement in the planning process;
  • Producing effective plant processes; and
  • Maintaining quality production plans and schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background both in the supply chain and in production planning within the food industry, and an unwavering commitment to quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will need to be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.

You will work well under pressure with the confidence to tackle problems head-on and the determination to drive change and implement solutions. Communication skills are vital as you will work closely with the production team and management to ensure production schedules are achieved and customer needs are met. This will be a perfect role for someone with an FMCG background.
