About the Opportunity

Flight Centre Moneywise has a unique opportunity for a qualified and passionate Financial Advisor to join their in-house financial planning team, based in Flight Centre's HQ, New Malden.

Within this rewarding role, you will provide impartial and informed financial advice to Flight Centre UK's 1,200 employees, enabling them to achieve their personal goals.

Additionally, you will play an integral role in the future success of Moneywise by generating new opportunities and driving business growth.

Working in a non-sales driven environment, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Providing independent advice, covering mortgage, protection, pension and investment
  • Preparing and reviewing personal financial plans for all Flight Centre UK staff
  • Educating and training staff on financial matters via meetings, training and conferences
  • Advising staff on company wage and incentive structures
  • Offering financial and budgeting advice that focuses on clients and not on profit margins
  • Engaging with new opportunities and driving business growth

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Financial Advisor to become an established and highly respected member of the Flight Centre team.

Although you will be based in New Malden, you will frequently take your knowledge on the road, travelling to various stores and businesses to educate Flight Centre staff throughout the UK.

About You

This is a highly autonomous position and therefore requires an enthusiastic and motivated individual with the skills to drive business growth. Moneywise has big plans for the future, and consequently, strong business acumen and the ability to source new opportunities will be vital for this role.

Flight Centre Moneywise is seeking individuals with the following qualities:

  • Fully CFP/FPC Qualified
  • Financial knowledge
  • A team player with an understanding of the importance of confidentiality
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to speak in front of large groups
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK

Importantly, sales figures are not the bottom line in this vibrant role, therefore a passion for providing a great service for every client is essential.

About the Benefits 

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary package OTE £38,000, with uncapped earning potential. Furthermore, as this is a customer focused role, you will be remunerated on non-sales Key Performance Indicators, as well as profit share.
