Launched at the 2009 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane, Francis Leon's debut Autumn Winter 09/10 collection TWO presents a sophisticated collection of timeless womenswear pieces that seamlessly blend impeccable high street tailoring with edgy streetwear influences.

The Opportunity

As a result of expansion, Francis Leon is seeking a full-time Manager to work from their BRAND NEW James St store / studio. This unique opportunity is the first of its kind in Queensland!

Your primary role will be to deliver quality service and sales advice to customers, and to help maximise the productivity of the Francis Leon sales team. The ideal candidate will cultivate an environment that values service, selling and success.

You will become a pivotal part of this brand new team, liaising directly with the Designers, pattern maker and other staff as the business develops.

Opportunities to become involved in purchasing, merchandising and the strategic direction of the business will be made available depending on your achievements in the Manager role.

The successful candidate must have a passion for designer clothing and have significant sales experience within the fashion retail industry, ideally in a similar 'high-end' environment.

Francis Leon is seeking someone with excellent presentation, high level customer service skills, and a great floor presence. You will require strong attention to detail and well developed organisational skills. In addition candidates will need to be self driven and have the ability to work both autonomously and unsupervised.

Applicants who have previously worked towards budgets and targets will be held in high regard.
