FTL FC Business Travel (FCBT) Miami One - Start Date ASAP / Closing Date 19 March
Looking for a leadership position in a store that is a little DIFFERENT? Then Miami One is for you! Miami is the only FC Business Travel store on the Gold Coast and has Dwayne as their dedicated BDM who is driving CORPORATE business into this store. Not only would you be responsible for helping Julie lead the team, you would also be expected to start dealing with your own corporate portfolio of clients in addition to your standard retail enquiry. Wanting to know more about the FCBT brand?
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting team leader with motivating and maintaining the spirit of your team
- Supporting your team leader with the vision and focus of your team
- Consistent sales performance (transferring above cost of seat)
- Assisting and supporting your team leader in all aspects of the Flight Centre business environment; including:
- Customer service and satisfaction
- Implementation and adherence to Flight Centre daily, weekly and monthly systems
- Shop and team presentation
- Achievement of financial results and KPI's
What you'll need:
- Leads by example

- The drive, determination and focus to co-lead a successful business
- Sound Business Acumen
- 100% belief in and commitment to the Flight Centre systems and philosophies
- Minimum 1 years experience in International Travel Sales
- Complete ACCC training
